By accessing or using Chess Platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including guests, registered accounts, and users accessing via the Telegram Mini App.

Chess Platform is an online chess platform accessible via web (chessplatform.cc) and as a Telegram Mini App (@chessplatform_bot). It offers real-time games, tournaments, leaderboards, clubs, and educational tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

You may authenticate using Google OAuth or via Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You must not create accounts for others, share access credentials, or use automated tools to interact with the Service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use the Service to: cheat in games (e.g. using chess engines during real-time play), harass other users, post offensive content, attempt to breach the security of the platform, or engage in any activity that disrupts other users' experience.

Chess Platform may use automated systems to detect unfair play. Accounts found cheating may be permanently banned without refund.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g. club descriptions, profile information). By submitting content, you grant Chess Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use it within the Service.

We may remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law.

All software, design, logos, and other materials forming the Service are the property of Chess Platform or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chess Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
